Anubhav singh tried a lot of career option starting off as a lawyer. Later he turned in to UPSC aspirant; however, he couldn’t taste success in UPSC examination. Thereafter, he tried running a fast food restaurant, pursed a job in a law firm but miserably failed at both too. Finally, in 2017, he pursued a career in stand-up comedy and it still standing strong there.

Anubhav also worked in a start-up. In his spare time, he started going to open mics. One day he googled about an open mic and landed there.

The first uploaded on his You-tube channel was a stand-up titled “Cheating”, but actually his first video was a set based on lawyers. It was his Youtube debut in 2019 tile “Cheating” which made him a star overnight. The video received more than 39 million views. He has received YouTube Golden Button for crossing 10,00,000 subscribers and has 1.88 millions subscribes (as in 2020).

Achievement

Anubhav Singh Bassi was awarded ‘Youth Icon of the Year’ by Golden Glory Awards (2021). Bassi has done his show tour, Bas Kar Bassi, in more than 35 cities across India as well as different countries, his USA tour of October- November 2022 was famous one. He also delivered a TED talk with great panache about his struggles.
