Virat Kohli was born in New Delhi on 5 November, 1988 to Prem Kohli and Saroj Kohli. He was born in a Punjabi Hindu Family.
Family
His father was a Criminal Lawyer and his mother is a Housewife. He has an elder brother and sister named Vikas Kohli and Bhavana Dhingara respectively. Kohli’s father died on 18 December 2006 due to a stroke after being bed-ridden for a month.
